My Tummy Muscles Feel Slack, Is This Normal?

If your tummy muscles feel very slack, it could be because pregnancy has over stretched them. If this is the case ,you may also notice a bulge developing on the front of your tummy, above and below your belly button. The medical team for this over stretching is diastasis recti (DR) . Diastasis simply means separation. It takes time for your body ,and especially tummy to fully recover from pregnancy. You've had your baby but you may look as if you are still six months pregnant,with a tummy that's rounder than you expected.  The decrease in your tummy size may be slow but it will be steady. From the moment your baby is born, hormonal changes causes your tummy to decrease in size. However,it takes another six to eight weeks for your womb to contract to it's pre-pregnancy size.  The extra fluid that built up in your body during pregnancy will gradually decrease ,reducing swelling and bloating. Breast feeding itself is an extensive activity which burns many calories especially if you feed in a sitting position,but along with this there are list of activities you can do to easily lose Belly Fat. They are as follows, Eat a well balanced diet rich in protein and fiber. 2. Eat small and frequent meals. 3. Take 10-12 glasses of water daily. 4.
